Design Team + Contractor Selection
We provide design team and contractor selection services. Our process is structured around a shared project vision. We work with a team to set measurable goals and establish a workable timeline. Working closely with local architects and contractors, we have built solid relationships on trust. Our partners share in each decision making process. Clear roles of responsibility are determined at the beginning of the project, and constant lines of communication are maintained with each party.
We offer complete commercial construction management services in Oregon, Washington, and the Western United States. We provide real solutions to keep projects on course, on-time, and within budget. Our construction management expertise saves you money through innovative solutions and oversight. Our “hands on” experienced construction staff have the expertise and resolve to maintain your best interest from project start to project completion.
We can take your project from a concept in your mind to a completed project. We assemble the team necessary to create the original concept and develop it into a set of conceptual drawings. From there TSCM starts the budgeting process so that costs can be understood prior to any hard construction or even the completion of the drawings for permit. This early stage is where TS Construction Management pays for itself in returns to the owner’s budget.
We provide creative and realistic value engineering solutions to clients. With our services, clients are able to optimize use of available project funds. We present our clients with clear options along with thoughtfully orchestrated pro/con list with each choice.
We have worked extensively throughout the West, developing relationships with local government agencies and municipalities. Our experience with many different agencies results in a more timely permit and approval process for our clients.
We are able to offer any of our services on a limited basis as a Consultant. Whether it is an independent review of change orders to replacement of non-performing team members to jumping in and helping a project in trouble.
We offer a full suite of budgeting tools to help aid the financial feasibility of a project. These tools are instrumental in obtaining financing. We have established relationships with multiple lending agencies, allowing us to search for the most cost appropriate scenarios. We have been able to secure financing for clients that couldn't achieve it elsewhere, and found better deals for others.
We offer cost analysis and budget administration as part of our full suite of services. We routinely develop budget analyses and proforma for clients in order to determine the economic viability of a project. We use our own historical cost data and always verify our numbers with RS Means and ENR.
We have a reputation of providing excellent scheduling services. We use Primavera and Microsoft Project software to prepare detailed construction schedules. We work closely with the client, consultants, and contractors to review milestones, and maintain scheduling throughout the duration of a project.

Tony established TSCM in 2003 and has over 40 years of construction management experience, office and field.
THE PROJECT MANAGER
Daniel joined TSCM as a Project Engineer in 2015, and was promoted to Project Manager in 2019.
Tony joined TSCM in 2020 as Senior Superintendent. He has 31 years of construction experience and 27 years of superintendent experience.
THE CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Kim helped cofound TSCM in 2003, and has managed the office, HR, and all financial duties from the start.
Our vision is to provide clients with complete construction and management services, while offering specialized expertise on a variety of project types. Tony has assembled a group of dedicated, highly experienced staff members to coordinate and direct new ground-up projects as well as ongoing improvement projects. With our skilled direction and oversight, all members of the project teamwork in harmony toward one common goal; delivering quality projects on time and within budget.
